As a dedicated Registered Massage Therapist based in Olds I am passionate about body movement and relieving pain. Originally from Ontario, I've found a home in Olds where I get to partake in outdoor activities and cherish moments with my son, wife, and our overly enthusiastic dog. My enthusiasm for healing extends to building connections within the community, as I am eager to assist and support both new and longstanding clients on their wellness journeys.

I'm new to the area, but grew up in the mountains. So far, I'm absolutely loving life on my acreage. As are the fur kids! I graduated from Makami College in 2020 and have since honed my skills as a practitioner, specialising in deep tissue and relaxation treatments along with myofascial release, trigger point work, and therapeutic stretching. I will be offering advanced orthopaedic assessment and basic acupressure techniques once I've completed my continuing education programs. I have a body-mind-spirit approach to life, and am trauma informed. My ultimate goal is to include somatic healing to my practice. I look forward to helping you along your path to wellness.

Crystal is a professional Reflexologist and Chartered Herbalist with her own practice since 2017. Over the years Crystal has shown such enthusiasm and drive to connect her community and raise awareness regarding holistic approaches to healing. This inspired her to become the co-founder of the North West Spirit of Wellness Expo in Terrace, BC. Her passion for health and wellness. Along with her personal health struggles lead her to find alternative ways of healing the body. She believes that our bodies were designed to heal itself while in a state of harmony. Herbal remedies and reflexology nurture the body and creates balance within. She uses trained techniques to stimulate specific reflex points in the feet and ears, that correspond with the different organs in the body to assist in detoxification, relaxation and increase circulation. She has experience with combining specific medicine plants according to each clients needs, alongside with plant identification and foraging with First Nations elders, in British Columbia. She is excited to work alongside other health practitioners in Mountain View County, AB to meet the holistic needs of her clients.

I grew up in central/southern Alberta (we moved a lot!) and I have been living in Olds again since 2014. I am a mom to three daughters, a chihuahua, and a cat. I'm open minded and I love learning new things and exploring concepts. I like to learn about body movement, anatomy, the human energy system, energy work and meditation.

I am passionate about helping people find ways to experience less pain in their bodies and heal physically, mentally, and emotionally. I have training in multiple healing modalities: Massage, Myofascial Cupping, Yoga, Meditation, Usui Reiki, and I am training in Visceral Manipulation. I am a 2023 Graduate of the Canadian Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine. I have lived and worked in central Alberta for most of my life. I began practising in the field of complementary health as an RMT in 2002. Over the last two decades I have taken many courses and learned a number of modalities. I was introduced to Traditional Chinese Medicine by my wife Rhonda, who is also a Doctor of Acupuncture. What impressed me the most was how effective the treatments could be by using a few, very thin, needles. I am looking forward to helping patients using the principles and techniques of Traditional Chinese Medicine. My focus is to treat patients with musculoskeletal and chronic pain using Acupuncture and Fire Cupping. These two techniques work well to increase circulation, break up tissue adhesions and reduce pain. I may also include Tui Na ( Chinese Massage) and E-stim or draw from a number of other modalities to resolve the problem.

Hello! My name is Jasmine and I grew up in Lethbridge, Alberta and moved to the Olds/Sundre area in 2007. I have a son, a daughter and a dog. We love to ski in the winter and in summer we love to camp and spend time on the Red Deer River, fishing, and swimming. I graduated from Alberta College of Massage Therapy in June 2021. I enjoy being able to help bring relief to people who are dealing with pain. My favourite area to work on is the neck and shoulders. I look forward to additional training in various modalities to add to my experience.
