Hello I’m Kara Ripco from Heart & Sole Reflexology and Energy Healing. I am thrilled to join the All About U Massage and Wellness team!!

My journey into Reflexology began when I sought alternative methods to help my ailing young daughter. Since then I’ve dedicated myself to my passion of helping people heal emotionally, physically and spiritually. 

With over ten years of experience I’ve witnessed the transformative power of reflexology and energy movement restoring health and vitality to people of all ages. 

I believe that a lot of physical pain we experience is a direct result of stored emotional pain. Through reflexology pressure points and Reiki energy movements I facilitate a different approach to helping the physical body heal. I help restore balance to your body and soul resulting in a very peaceful experience.
